A triangle ABC has a median AD meets at BC and median BE at AC and from point D a line ll to BE is drwan to AC at F. ten proof that 4CF=BC?

There is probably a mistake --- 4 CF  = AC.. not BC.

In triangle BEC,  DF is parallel to base BE. D is center of BC. Hence F is the center of EC. 

FC = 1/2  EC = 1/4 AC.
