The perimeter of triangle is 26cm.

AD = 6cm (Given)

DB = 4cm (Given)

CF = 3cm (Given)

Now, since the tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are equal.

Therefore, AD=AF, BD = BE and CE = CF

So, AF = 6cm BE = 4cm and CE = 3cm

Now, AB = AD+BD

= 6 + 4

= 10cm

BC = BE+CE

= 4 + 3

= 7cm

AC = AF+CF

= 6 + 3

= 9cm

Perimeter of triangle ABC -

= AB+BC+AC

= 10+7+9

= 26

Therefore, the perimeter of triangle is 26cm.
