GIVEN:

Base of a triangle = 6cm

Altitude or hieght of the traingle = 6cm

TO FIND:

Area of the traingle

SOLUTION:

We know that,

Area of a traingle = 1/2 × b × h

Where,

b = base and h = height

==> 1/2 × 6 × 6

==> 1/2 × 36

==> 18cm²

Therefore, the area of traingle is 18cm².

Answer:

18cm^{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,   Base = 6cm

            Altitude = 6cm

We know that,

Area of triangle

 =\frac{1}{2} *base*altitude\\=\frac{1}{2}*6*6\\=\frac{1}{2}*36\\=18cm^{2}

Hope it Helps!
