Step-by-step explanation:

Let the height of the triangle be x cm.

Since, area of the triangle=area of the parallelogram.

Therefore, ½×b×h=base×height

=>½×14×x=28×20

=>7×x=28×20

=>x=(28×20)÷7

=>x=4×20

=>x=80.

Therefore, x=80 cm.

Hence, height of triangle or its altitude is 80 cm.
