A triangle on a coordinate plane is translated according to the rule T–3, 5(x, y). Which is another way to write this rule? (x, y) → (x – 3, y + 5) (x, y) → (x – 3, y – 5) (x, y) → (x + 3, y – 5) (x, y) → (x + 3, y + 5)

A vertex (x,y) of Triangle is translated by the scale (-3,5).

If we translate a triangle by some scale factor neither it's shape nor size changes. The image is congruent to pre image.

Translation of x coordinate is either horizontally right or left depending on positive or negative value of x - coordinate.

Translation of y coordinate is either vertically up or down depending on positive or negative value of y - coordinate.

Here in (-3,5), -3→ horizontally left(x-3), 5→ vertically up,(y+5)

Another way of translation by (-3,5) of (x,y)→ is (x-3, y+5).
