A triangle sides are 10cm,24cm and 26cm .Each angle of the triangle has a circle which radius is 3.5cm .find the area of the remaining part of the triangle.

Heron’s formula. Here S, semi perimeter = [10+24+26}/2 = 30, So area of the triangle is A = [s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)]^0.5 or

= [30(30–10)(30–24)(30–26)]^0.5

= [30*20*6*4]^0.5

= [100*6*6*2*2]^0.5

= 10*6*2 = 120 sq cm.

Alternately, 10=24=26 is a RAT with 26 as the hypotenuse, so the area of the RAT = 24*10/2 = 120 sq cm.
