A triangular wire whose perimeter is 28.26 cm is bent into a circle. ~~. Here in both case perimeter will be same.

Given ,

The perimeter of the wire , which is bent into a circle = 28.26 cm.

AS WE KNOW THAT,

PERIMETER OF A CIRCLE = 2πr , { here r= radius }

so,. 28.26 = 2πr

=> 28.26= 2 × 3.14 × r

=> 14.13= 3.14 × r

=> r = 14.13 / 3.14

=> r = 4.5 cm.

So, radius is 4.5 cm.

We know that ,

diameter = 2 × radius

=> diameter = (2 × 4.5 ) cm.

=> diameter = 9 cm.

SO, DIAMETER WILL BE 9 CENTIMETERS.

Answer:

perimeter of triangular wire = perimeter of circle= 28.26

peri of circle=2πr=28.26

r=28.26/π2 =4.5cm

So , diameter will be 9 cm
