Force applied by the man on rope will be given by F = 250 N

now net force applied by tension force on the trolley system

F_{net} = 3T = 3*250 = 750 N

now total weight along the inclined plane downwards

W = mgsin\theta

W = 100* 9.8* sin15 = 253.6N

now the net upward force along the inclined)

F_{net} = 3T - W = 750 - 253.6 = 496.35

now by Newton's 2nd law

F_{net} = ma

496.35 = 100 *a

a = 4.96m/s^2

so the acceleration of the trolley and man system will be 4.96 m/s^2 along the inclined plane.
