A truck and a car are moving with equal velocity.on applying the same breaking Force,both will stop at a certain distance.then whether truck or car will cover less distance or both cover equal distance.?

thia is because truck has more mass than a car , hence its momentum p=mv where p is directly proportional to m .....so the momentum of an object increases with increase in mass .....hence the force will be different on two as F= ma ....if same breaking is applied then.....car will stop earlier than truck ......
