A truck at rest does not need any attention but a moving truck even at speeds as low as 5 m s-1 may kill a person standing in its path. Why?

♠️ As we know mass of truck is very large . And we know ...

▶️ Force is directly proportional to momentum of body .

▶️ Momentum is product of mass and velocity as we know mass of truck is very large . It produces large momentum . And at rest ( velocity = 0 ) , So momentum = 0.

▶️ Because of large momentum it exerts large force which can injure anyone seriously .

♠️ Finally we conclude , It is due to it's large mass..

force is already proportional to the momentum of the object

as the high Momentum offers a lot destruction occurs
