As per the data given in the above question.

It is given that truck can carry 195 bags of cement,

 We have to find how many trucks would be needed to carry 673678 bags of cement,

Thus we have to divide the total number of bags with number of bags a single truck can carry.

=\frac{673678}{195}

When 673678 divided by 195 we get,

=3454.758

As truck cannot be in decimal we round it off as 3455.

Hence 3455 trucks would be needed to carry 673678 bags of cement.
