Step-by-step explanation:

(a) 1 small packet contains =12 toys

so 28 small package will contain =12×28=336 toys

(b) now truck contains 35 big boxes and each 1 big box have 28 small boxes n each small box have 12 toys

so number of toys carried by truck =35×(28)×(12)

=11760 toys
