Answer:

350km

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say starting point is 0 N , 0 E

truck driver travels 200 km east from Delhi to Moradabad

hence at mordabad his position is  0 N  , 200 km E

Then, he travels 80 km each day eastwards for the next 5 days and arrives at Kathmandu,

= Travelled = 50  x 80  = 400 km East

So,

Position at kathmandu   = 0N,   200 + 400 km East

                                          = 0N,  600 km East

From Kathmandu, he drives 350 km west to Bareilly,

= 350 km west = - 350 km East

So,

Position at Bareilly = 0N , 600 - 350 km East

                                 = 0 N  , 250 km East

Starting point = 0N , 0E

Ending point = 0N , 350 km

Distance = 350 km

He is 350 km far from his starting point.

Answer:

Distance traveled by truck driver from Delhi to Moradabad =200 km

Distance travelled by him after Moradabad in 1 day = 80 km

Distance travelled by him for next five days= 80× 5 400 km

Distance travelled by him west = 350 km

200+80× 5

= 200+ 400

= 600km

= 600 km- 350 km

= 250 km

He is 250 km far from his starting point.
