Answer: 48 km/hr

Explanation: since the distance is constant, we can find

average speed =\frac{total distance}{total time} \\

total distance = 2* speed*time (going  from H to B and coming back)= 2*60*30=3600 km

total time= 30 hours (H to B) + (1800km/40km per hour)(B to H)= 30 + 45= 75 kmph

hence average speed= 3600/75= 48kmph

Answer:

48 KM/Hr is average speed of truck in this round trip

Explanation:

we know Average SPEED = DISTANCE / TIME

So, to Find the Average speed we need to find the Total Distance and Total time in the whole roundtrip

Now, Total Distance :

Truck covers 60KM in 1 hour

SO the Distance covered by Truck in 30 hours will be

60Km*30Hours=1800KM

∴Total Distance=1800 KM

Now we Have found total distance and we need to find total Time

So, Total Time :

Time Taken From Haryana To Bangalore=30 hours

Then Time taken from Bangalore to Haryana=?

(Time=Distance/speed)

Distance From Bangalore to Haryana=1800km

speed From Bangalore to Haryana=40km/hr

So,Time =1800/40=45 hours

Then Total time in the whole roundtrip=(time taken from Haryana to Bangalore) + (Time taken From Bangalore to Haryana) = 30+45= 75 Hours

∴Total Time=75 hours

Now average speed= Distance/time

=1800/75=48

∴Average speed of truck during roundtrip = 48km/hr
