here u = 50km/h

50×5/18 = 13.8m/s

v = 70km/h

70×5/18 = 19.4

so a =( v - u)t

a =( 19.4-13.8)10

a = 0.56m/s

HEYA!!!!

YOUR ANSWER:
u = 50km \: per \: hr \\  = (50 \times 1000) \div 3600 \\   =250 \div 18

v= 70km \: per \: hr \\  = (70 \times 1000) \div 3600 \\  = 350 \div 18

t = 10s

a = (v - u) \div t \\  = 5.5 \: s

HOPE IT HELP!!!!!
