time taken = 3 seconds.
Final velocity = 0 mps
a = 0-20/3 = -20/3 ms⁻²
F = ma
= 1200 * -20/3
= 400 * -20
= -8000 Newtons.
Minus sign show that force is exerted in opposite to the direction of motion.
