A TRUCK IS TRAVELLING FORWARD AT A CONSTANT ACCELERATION OF 10 M/S AND THEN IT BEGINS ACCELERATING AT A CONSTANT RATE . A SHORT TIME LATER , THE VELOCITY OF THE TRUCK IS 30 M/S , FORWARD. WHAT WAS THE AVERAGE VELOCITY OF THE TRUCK DURING ACCELERATION

Answer:

The initial velocity is vi = 10.00 m/s, in the forward direction. The final velocity is vf = 30.00 m/s in the forward direction. The average velocity during the acceleration can be found using the formula:

vavg= v1+v2 by 02

vavg=(10.00 ms ) +(13.00 ms) by 2

vavg=40.00 ms by 2

vavg = 20.0 m/s

The average velocity during the truck's acceleration was 20.0 m/s, forward.

hope it's help u.....

Answer:

Since truck is traveling forward at a constant acceleration of 10 metre per second and then it begins accelerating at constant rate and after sometime its velocity will found to be 30 metre per second.

Thus according to this statement,

initial velocity of truck, u = 10 m/s

final velocity of truck, v = 30 m/s

v` (average velocity) = v + u / 2 = 20 m/s

hope it helps
