force=mass x accelaration

Force/mass = accelaration

mass of truck before loading=M

and driving force=F

acceleration (before loading) =F/M

mass of the truck after loading=2M

and driving force after loading=1/2F

acceleration (after loading)=1/2F ÷ 2M

                                          =F/4M

Thus, the accelaration reduced by a quarter(1/4)
