it is given that,

t = 20s
Applying formula :-
s= ut + 1/2 at²
400 = 0(20) + 1/2(a)(20)²
400= 0 + 1/2(a)(400)
400= 200 x a
or,
a = 400/200 = 2
therefore,
acceleration = 2m/s²
Now,
We know that
F= m x a
firstly, we have to convert tonnes to kg
= 1 tonnes = 1000kg
•°• 7 tonnes = 7000kg
Now, putting it on formula
=> F = 7000 x 2 = 14,000 N
Hence,
Force = 14,000N
