acceleration is = to m/s ^2
400 \div {20}^{2} = 1
and f=ma
f = 7000 \times 1
f=7*10^3(approx.)

Hey dear here is your answer!!!!

Given:-
S= 400 m
T= 20 second
a= ?
u=0

S= ut+1/2 at^2
400= 0+400a
a= 1m/s^2

Convert 1 tonne to kg
1 tonne = 907.185 kg
7 tonne = 7 × 907.185 kg
7 tonne = 6350.293 kg

Force = m × a
Force = 6350.293× 1
Force = 6350.293 N

Hope it helps u dear...
