Cost of the T. V. ₹10,000

Cost of the DVD ₹10,000

∴ total c.p = 20,000

Now,

DVD is sold in 6% of loss.

So,

→ 10,000 - (6% of 10,000)

→ 10,000 - 600

→ 9,400

And also,

7% of profit on T. V.

→ 10,000 + (7% of 10,000)

→ 10,000 + 700

→ 10,700

S. P. of the T. V. and D. V. D is 9,400 + 10,700

Or, 20,100

Since,

S. P. > C. P.

It is a profit.

Profit = 20,100 - 9,400

= 10,700

∴ profit% = 10,700 × 100/20,000 = 53.5%
