Distance covered by the broadcast, d=2hR−−−−√d=2hR , where R is the radius of Earth

=(2×100×6400×103)−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−−√=(2×100×6400×103)

=35777.087m=35777.087m

So, area covered =πd2=πd2

=3.14×35777.0872m2=3.14×35777.0872m2

=401.9×107m2∼402×107m2=401.9×107m2∼402×107m2
