Height of TV tower = H = 80 m
Radius of earth = R= 6.4×10^6
So, the maximum distance upto which the signal transmitted from the tower can be received =
 d = \sqrt{2rh} m \\  \:  \:  \:   =  \sqrt{2 \times 6.4 \times 10^{6} \times 80  }  m\\  \:  \:  \:  =  \sqrt{1024 \times  {10}^{6} } m\\  \:  \:  \:  = 32 \times  {10}^{3} m \\  = 32km
So the answer is 32 km
