let the units place digit be x and tens place digit be y
therefore the original number is 10y + x and new number is 10x + y

therefore:
50y+5x = 60x+6y
44y = 55x
4y - 5x = 0 ___ (i)
y-x = 1 ___ (ii)

Multiply (ii) equation by 4:
4y-4x = 4
(i) - (ii):
(4y-5x) - (4y-4x) = 0-4
-5x-4x = -4
-x = -4
x = 1
y = x + 1 = 5
therefore original number is 54

Hope it helps u:)

Let Digit Be =x and y
Difference=1
X-Y=1
X=1+Y (Equation 1)

Original Number=10x+y
Why We Multiply 10
As it is 2 Digit Number.
As 69
6×10+9=69
hOpe you Understand.

Original Number=10x+y
Reverse Number=10y+x
A/Q
Reverse Number Become 5/6 of Original Number
MEANS
10x+y×5/6=10y+x
5(10x+y)=6(10y+x)
50x+5y=60y+6x
50×(1+y)+5y=60y+6×(1+y). ( x=1+y)
50+50y+5y=60y+6+6y
50+55y=66y+6
55y-66y=6-50
-11y=-44. ( - -=+)
11y=44
y=44/11
y=4

As we know
X-Y=1
x-4=1
x=1+4
x=5

We know
X=5
Y=4

Number=10x+y
10×5+4
50+4
=54

Original Number➡️54
