let the unit digit of the no be x and 10th digit be y
the no =x+10y
sum of its digit =x+y
x+10y=4x+4y+3
6y-3x=3------(1)
after interchanging digits the no will be 10x+y
x+10y+18=10x+y
9x-9y=18-----(2)

x=5 y=3
no=5+10×3=35
the no =x+10y
