==: 10x + y - 6x - 6y = 3

==: 4x - 5y = 3    .............(1)

==: 10y + x + 18 = 10x + y

==: 10y - y + x - 10x = -18

==: 9y - 9x = -18

==: y - x = -2

==: x - y = 2    .................(2)

From equation 1 and 2 we get,

x = 7 and y = 5

Number = 10x + y

              = 10 * 7 + 5

              = 75
