So the number will be 10x + y

The number is 4 times the sum of digits

10x + y = 4 ( x + y )

10x + y = 4x + 4y

6x - 3y = 0

2x - y = 0 ... ( 1 )

i.e y = 2x

The number is trice the product of digits

10x + y = 2xy

Put y = 2x

10x + 2x = 2x ( 2x )

12x = 4x^2

3 = x

x = 3

y = 2x = 6

y = 6

The number will be 10x + y i.e. 30 + 6 = 36
