Answer :-

Let unit digit be x

Let tens digit be y

The original no = 10y+ x

A.T.Q

(10y + x ) = 4( x + y )

10y + x = 4x + 4y

10y - 4y = 4x - x

6y = 3x

6/3y = x

2y = x

8+ (10x + y) = 0

10x + y = -8

Put the value of x in above equation

10(2y) + y = -8

20y + y = -8

21y = -8

y = -8/21

2y = x

Now put the value of y in above equation

2(-8/21) = x

-16/21 = x
