Let the two digit number be (10x+y).
Here the digits are "x" and "y".
According to first condition,
$10x+y=6(x+y)$
According to second condition,$10(x-2)+(y+2)=4(x+y)$
So we get two simultaneous equations in two variables.

So the answer is 54
