and sum of digits be x+y

according to question,

10x+y=4(x+y)

10x+y=4x+4y

6x=3y

2x=y----------------eqn1.

also,

10x+y=3(xy)

now substituting this value of y in terms of x in the second eqn.

10x+2x=3x(2x)

12x=6x^2

12=6x

x=2

now substituting value of x in eqn 1

2(2)=y

y=4

hence the no. is 10(2)+4=24
