Let the ones digit be y.

Since the number is of 2 -digits and is less than 20, it's tens digit must be 1.

According to condition,

2×1×y = y+1

⇒2y = y+1

⇒2y-y = 1

⇒y = 1

So, y = 1.

The number

= (10×1)+y

= 10+y

Substitute y with 1.

= 10+1

= 11

The number is 11.
