Heya !!
Here's your answer.. ⬇⬇

Let the ten's place = x
unit place = y
original no. = 10x + y
➡Given that a two digit number is 4 more than 6 times sum of digits.
10x + y = 4 + ( x + y )6
10x + y = 4 + 6x + 6y
10x - 6x + y - 6y = 4
4x - 5y = 4 ----(1)
➡ if 18 is subtracted from the number the digit get reversed.
Reversed no. = 10y + x
10x + y - 18 = 10y + x
10x - x + y - 10y = 18
9x - 9y = 18
9 ( x - y ) = 18
x - y = 2 ----(2)
Multiply eq.(2) by 4 and subtract it from eq. ( 1 )
4x - 5y = 4
-4x + 4y = -8
------–--–-–-------
- y = -4
y = 4
Put value of ( y ) in eq. (2)
x - y = 2
x - 4 = 2
x = 2 + 4
x = 6
Original no. = 10x + y
= 10( 6 ) + 4
= 60 + 4
= 64
