Let the number be xy

2x=y-3

x*y=3+2*(x+y)

putting y=2x+3

2x²+3x=3+6x+6

2x²-3x-9=0

2x²-6x+3x-9=0

(2x+3)(x-3)=0

Digits aren't fractional

Sp x=3

y=9

number 39
