Let, the digit be x and y

ATQ,

x+y=7-----(1)

(10y +x)-(10x +y)=27-----(2)

simplifying eq(2):-

10y+x-10x-y=27

=>9y-9x=27

=>9(y-x)=27

=>y-x=3

=>y=3+x----------(3)

putting the value of y from eq(3) in eq(1):-

=>x+y=7

=>x+3+x=7

=>3+2x=7

=>2x=7-3

=>2x=4

=>x=4/2=2---------(4)

putting the value of x from eq(4) in eq(3):-

y=3+x

=>y=3+2

=>y=5

Hence,x=2 and y =5

•°• number is 25 or 52.
