b. Solutions may not necessarily be liquid. They can be solid or even gas.

Eg: Alloys (Solid) and Air (Gas). This is because the solutions are made of definite composition.

c. No, this is not possible because there is no specific composition in heterogenous mixtures. They can only be colloids or suspensions.
