Well... A possible answer to this could be...if we assume there is an observer standing at position ''P'' ...hell observe that ,he is facing towards North Pole of the magnet(as magnetic field lines are coming towards him...so as to nullify this effect a current should be induced in anticlockwise direction..in that region .. possibly there is an electron at that position..so if the current needs to be induced in anticlockwise firestion the electron...will move to opposite side of the current...hence in this scenario..the force on electron is in ..
