Given info : A uniform electric field E = 8000 N/C is passing through a flat square area A = 10 m²

making an angle of 60° .

To find : The electric flux in this uniform field is ...

solution : angle made by electric field with flat surface is 60°. as we know, area vector is normal to the surface of it. so, angle between electric field and area vector is (90° - 60°) = 30°

now electric flux = EAcosΦ

= 8000 N/C × 10 m² × cos30°

= 80000 × √3/2

= 40000√3 Nm²/C

= 69282 Nm²/C

Therefore the electric flux is 69282 Nm²/C.
