in half meter rule the balanced weight 'W' is suspended at 25 cm mark since it ramges from 0 cm to 50 cm.

in equallibrium

anticlockwise moments -clockwise moments

100×(20-10)=50×(30-20)+W×(25-20)

1000-500+5W

1000-500-5W

500=5W

500/5=W

100=W

W=100gf
