  • Magnetic flux is the measure of field lines that cross a given area.
  • The flux can be calculated as,

                  Ф= B·A

                     =BAcosθ

  • B= 4i

       S=2i + 4j

      Ф =  4i (2i + 4j)

         = 8i

       The flux will be 8 weber along the x-axis.

  • When the angle between flux and area is 0°, the flux is maximum.

       When the angle between flux and area is 90°, the flux is minimum.
