uniform MF is a situation where the MF lines are moving from N to S pole of a magnet with a uniform separation and they are traveling in a straight line, This is not possible to obtain with a single permanent magnet. First of all, you should know what magnetic flux is, M-Flux is the number of MF lines coming out of a magnet per unit area. If the number is high the MF is strong if the number is less the MF is weak.
Refer the below figure I drew you get this better.



Case 1 represents the normal MF lines where the MF is strong at poles and is diverging with distance outward the poles. Same is happening at both the ends.
