Resistance increases with the increase in length as it is directly proportional to length

Answer:
Resistance increases by 16 times.
As resistance is directly proportional to the length of the wire, resistance increases by 4 times. And if the wire is stretched it's cross sectional area is decreased by 4 times as resistance is inversely proportional to cross-sectional area.
Then, the resistance is increased by 4×4 times i.e. 16 times.
