CM = 30 x 1 = 30Nm

ACM = 0.4 x 70 = 28Nm. + 20W

At equilibrium, CM = ACM

20W + 28= 30

20W = 30 - 28

20W = 2

W = 2/20

W = 0.1N

hope this helps

thank you
