Let mass of the rod be m.

After the bending of rod at the middle, the length of each part is equal to L/2.

Let one part lies along x-axis and the other part lies along y-axis.

Coordinates of centre of mass of the part along x-axis: (x1,y1) = (L/2 , 0)
Coordinates of centre of mass of the part along y-axis: (x2,y2) = (0 , L/2)
