A uniform rod of mass m and length l is free to rotate about a fixed horizontal axis through its end and perpendicular to its length. Find the period of small oscillations of the rod.

Note:- Please don't give ridiculous answers and btw it's a question of SHM regarding torsional pendulum as far as I know.
