(Iw^2)/(mv^2+Iw^2) = 3(2mr^2w^2)/3(3mv^2+2mv^2)

=2mv^2/5mv^2

=2/5

Therefore the ratio of total rotational kinetic energy to total kinetic energy is 2/5
