Vector in opposite direction to (i + j - k) is -ve of this vector.

  ⇒ - (+i + j - k)     ⇒ - i - j + k

Magnitude of this vector is:

  ⇒ √(-1)² + (-1)² + 1²

  ⇒ √3

∴ Unit vector = vector/magnitude

                      = (-i - j + k)/√3

                      = - (i + j - k)/√3

Required unit vector is - (i + j - k)/√3
