For this, all the passwords and information of the owner's account needs to be given to the administration i.e to other locker admin accounts and then the account of the user can be deleted.
Explanation:
- The administration can log into the account of the user by using a general password and disable the ownership.
- Another method would be to ask the user to disable everything him or herself.
- Later it can be deleted.
