Here is your answer.

Area of Veranda = 40 × 15
= 600 {m}^{2}

Now
1 dm = 1/10 m = 0.1 m
6 dm = 6 × 0.1 = 0.6 m
5 dm = 5 × 0.1 = 0.5 m

Area of stone = 0.6 × 0.5
= 0.3 sq m

Therefore Number of stone required is
 = \frac{600}{0.3} \\ \\ = 2000

Hi friends

Here is your answer

Area of Veranda = 40 × 15 = 600 sq.m

Area of Stone = 0.6 × 0.5 = 0.30 sq.m

Number of Stone = 600/0.3
 =  \frac{6000}{3}  \\  \\  = 2000

so The number of stone is 2000

Hope it helps
