Displacement current = I = C*dV/dt

Increasing frequency = increasing dV/dt.

Thus dropping the frequency will drop the displacement current through the capacitor

Hey !!

It is noted that by dropping the variable frequency, there will be drop in displacement current through the capacitor as it carries displacement current. When the frequency decreases, amplitude of current will also decrease.

GOOD LUCK !!
