To find: magnitude of vector

Solution:

Let say Magnitude of Vector  = M

vector in x-y plane makes an angle 30° with x-axis

=> x Component = M Cos 30°

x Component = 10√5

Equating x Component

=> M Cos 30° = 10√5

Cos 30° = √3 / 2

=> M √3 / 2 = 10√5

=>  M = 20√5 / √3  

magnitude of vector is​   20√5 / √3
